Abstract
Wind energy generation has become one of the most sustainable and economically viable sources of renewable energy. The continued advancement of wind turbine technology hinges on the development of advanced materials that improve efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness. This article discusses the role of novel materials in blades, generators, and structural components of wind turbines. The integration of composite materials, high-performance coatings, and smart materials is explored, with emphasis on their impact on performance enhancement, lifespan extension, and environmental impact reduction. The article also examines the challenges associated with material integration, scalability, and sustainability in the wind energy sector.
