Abstract
The optimization of marine engine performance is crucial for enhancing fuel efficiency, reducing emissions, and ensuring safe and reliable operations. Advanced control systems, incorporating modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and machine learning algorithms, play a pivotal role in achieving these goals. These systems enable real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and efficient energy management. This paper explores the advancements in control systems for marine engines, highlighting the integration of AI-driven algorithms, sensor technologies, and real-time data analytics to optimize engine performance. Case studies and practical implementations are also presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of these systems in improving fuel consumption and reducing operational costs.
