Abstract
Nanoelectronics refers to the application of nanotechnology in the design, development, and fabrication of electronic devices and systems. With the push for smaller, faster, and more efficient devices, nanoelectronics has emerged as a key field in revolutionizing modern electronic systems. This article explores the future directions of nanoelectronics in terms of miniaturization and efficiency, emphasizing the advancements in quantum-dot technology, graphene-based transistors, and energy-efficient semiconductor materials. By evaluating recent innovations and challenges, this study provides insights into the evolving role of nanoelectronics in various industries, including computing, telecommunications, and energy sectors.
