Abstract

Nanotechnology has revolutionized the field of healthcare, particularly in the development of sensors for early disease detection. Nano-based sensors, due to their high sensitivity and ability to detect molecular biomarkers, offer significant potential for diagnosing diseases at an early stage. This paper explores the role of nano-based sensors in medical diagnostics, their applications in detecting a wide range of diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and infectious diseases, and the challenges and future directions in their development. The use of nanomaterials in sensor technology provides advantages such as portability, cost-effectiveness, and rapid diagnostic capabilities, making them a promising tool in precision medicine.
