Abstract
Nanotechnology is revolutionizing the aerospace industry by enabling advancements in material science, manufacturing processes, and propulsion systems. The integration of nanomaterials in aerospace applications has enhanced performance, reduced weight, improved fuel efficiency, and increased the durability and safety of aerospace vehicles. This article explores the various applications of nanotechnology in the aerospace industry, including the development of lightweight composites, self-healing materials, nanocoatings for corrosion resistance, and nanostructured sensors for real-time monitoring. Additionally, it highlights the challenges associated with the integration of nanotechnology into aerospace systems, such as cost, scalability, and regulatory concerns.
