Abstract
The integration of nanotechnology with wearable devices has ushered in a new era of real-time health monitoring. Nano-enabled wearable devices (NWDs) offer unprecedented capabilities in terms of size, efficiency, and sensitivity, making them ideal candidates for continuous health tracking. These devices use nanoscale materials, such as nanoparticles, nanowires, and carbon nanotubes, to enhance the precision and reliability of health data collection. This article explores the potential applications, challenges, and future directions of nano-enabled wearable devices, focusing on their use in monitoring physiological parameters such as heart rate, body temperature, glucose levels, and oxygen saturation. Additionally, we discuss the implications for personalized healthcare, the challenges in data security, and the future of these technologies in preventive medicine.
