Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) has been widely adopted in manufacturing systems to enhance quality, reduce waste, and improve overall organizational performance. This paper evaluates the effectiveness of TQM by examining its principles, implementation strategies, and impact on key performance indicators such as productivity, customer satisfaction, and defect rates. Using both theoretical insights and empirical evidence, the study provides a comprehensive assessment of TQM's role in fostering continuous improvement and competitive advantage in modern manufacturing environments
