Abstract

Blockchain technology is increasingly transforming industrial engineering by offering immutable, decentralized, and secure data recording across supply chains and production systems. This paper explores how blockchain enhances traceability, transparency, and trust within industrial operations. By enabling secure real-time data sharing, blockchain supports regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and efficient resource allocation. The study outlines key applications, technological frameworks, and challenges of blockchain adoption in industrial ecosystems. Empirical use cases and a visual representation of blockchain's key benefits are included to highlight its operational impact.
