The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed the way customer service operations are conducted, with chatbots and neural networks becoming essential tools in providing personalized and efficient support. This article explores the integration of AI in customer service, focusing on the role of chatbots powered by neural networks to enhance customer experience, improve response times, and streamline support processes.
