The American Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks is an open-access journal, ensuring global visibility and unrestricted access to published research. To cover the costs of peer review, editorial processing, typesetting, digital publication, and long-term archiving, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is required upon manuscript acceptance.

• Submission Fee: None (no charges for submitting a manuscript)

• Waiver Policy: Authors from low-income countries or without institutional funding may request a full or partial waiver during the submission process. All waiver applications are assessed individually.

All accepted articles are published under an open-access license, making them freely available to the global research community.
