Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) and neural networks are being increasingly applied to improve social services by enhancing decision-making, resource allocation, and service delivery. These technologies have the potential to significantly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of social programs by automating routine tasks, analyzing complex datasets, and providing predictive insights. This article explores the applications of AI and neural networks in the field of social services, focusing on areas such as welfare programs, healthcare access, and public safety. The article also examines the challenges, ethical considerations, and future directions for integrating AI into social service systems.
